    Hi Everyone

My names Tim from South Yorkshire, I've suffered from social anxiety all my life
it's held me back no end, I've also gone the path of alcoholism because of it, I've been hypnotized been on months relaxation group, tried differ'nt anti depressent, correspondent courses, I'm trying to start a Social anxiety friendship group myself now, because its about the only thing left for me wise I'd got riged up to the internet sooner only been online a year I'm on other site concerned with SA, definately glad I joined these forums, kicking myself that I did'nt do it sooner, did'nt realize how many people use them. Re: Hi Everyone

Thanxs pinkdove I'm trying specifically to start a friendship group for people with SA
because I think the semi circle in a room is too heavy for a lot of us, not only that
this type of group would create a social life for SA sufferers, which I think a lott of us have
missed out on, possibly even make up for our past Thaxs ounce again Tim
