Knee pain, arm ache, leg ache only on left side

On cipromil which is the same as citolopram, it is my 9th day of taking it today and I haven't really felt to bad, but have got the above symtoms today and accompanied by shooting pains in my knee. Has anyone had this in this med?

It's not unusual to have some Myoclonic symptoms from any SSRI. Some folks have twitching or restless muscles, others seem to get pain. It passes once your system gets used to the meds. In my case it was restless legs. I cycled a lot so my old legs were too tired to be restless.
