At times I get sharp pains in my arm, chest, or neck by themselves. With no other signs of anxiety/panic. Obviously this brings on some anxiety but I was wondering if this is normal or if it happens to anyone else?

I'd had pains in places i didnt know existed over the years. I figure its all part of the anxious game, take someone who isnt anxiously aware of their body, they might get a pain-twinge and think no more of it, we tend to over analise and obsess over every little pain making it seem ten times worse.
