Is there a free online CBT self help course?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a free online CBT course I could do as a sort self help whilst I wait for my appointment to come through?

You could try www.livinglifetothefull.co.uk.
I wouldn't recommend it over a live therapist, but as a stop gap measure, or for reminding yourself of the ideas after you've finished therapy, it is good. I found it reassuring that it covers a lot of the same stuff as I did with my CBTherapist, but in quite as much depth, and when things are hard to confront, it can be hard to push yourself by yourself (or at least that's what I found personally!)

found the anxiety test and ability to print report off very useful should help with next visit to pyschiatrist

My Psych has recommended Mood Gym and Living Life to the Full. Tried to Living Life to the Full but didn't like it. Haven't got round to trying Mood Gym yet. Good Luck
