I was just wondering if anyone has used or tried the CBT3PANIC program that is in the "Shop". I am considering purchasing it, but would like some feedback before making my final decision.

How long ago did you purchase it? Has it helped you? What are you learning about currently? Any information about it to help me make a decision whether to purchase it would be appreciated.

I've only had it a day but the information within is really good and it's CBT methods are excellent.

I can give you a better idea in few weeks, this is mostly aimed at panic attacks tho.
