Basically any little thing I do I question, Like i was tidying up the kitchen and I was thinking..how do I control my actions? How am i doing all of this without thinking of how to do them? which freaks me out...Like I am some sort of robot and then I wonder how I got on in life without questioning all my movements,was I like a mindless zombie before? which also freaks me out. I question all my movements and how I do things,I don't know who I am anymore ...how my mind works, How I control my actions and that scares me too :( Basically everything is scaring me!
This is a nightmare. I am also having depersonalization type of feelings/thoughts.
Like,I dont know who I am, and looking in the mirror scares me as i don't feel like its me looking back at myself..Its hard to explain. I doubt anyone will understand this bit and yes,I am mental I know.
But, the over thinking everything you do, anyone else have this?
