side effects of missing a dose?

I'm on 40mg and have been for 3 weeks and saturday night i missed a does and boy do I feel rough,I'm not sure if its that or I just feel rubbish in general.
I had the first panic attack I have had in ages last night I'm so bliimi' annoyed as they had started to subside and now I feel really anxious again, I've got an appointment with the gp on wednesday, I think I much be on too higher dosage now.

Hi it could just be a blip? Im having one at the min (on 30mg of cit) and omg you forget the fear of anxiety and panics and actualy how bad u felt then it hits u again without warning hope yours passes soon x x

i don't think you would feel that bad just missing one dose, tale the next dose when it is due, and i'm sure you will soon feel better x

Missing a tablet is a sign that you're getting better by the way
