hey so this seems the relevant category to post in so here goes, well i struggle with health anxiety its like a living hell and i struggle to find people that share the same symptoms with me.I get numbness on my face and get really bad dizziness and the feeling get more intense as i try sleep :(, if u also share these symptoms could u get back to me and give me some advice how to beat it or even make it more comfortable for me because right now its like a living hell :(.
