crawling/tingly legs

Hi does anyone else get this crawling tingly feeling? When my anxiety is bad like now i feel like something is crawling all over my legs and they go all tingly?? This is a new anxiety symptom 4 me?? X x

Yep I have that feels like an insect crawling on your legs, but I also get that on face as well, can drive me mad.

This isnt one i get, wanna bet £10 its one i develop now though lol..i shouldnt laugh really but hey .. this whole anxiety thing sometimes does make me giggle. ( at myself i mean, the way i read about something and voila! it appears)

lol Thats exactly how i am, and i know i do it and still it comes. There is nothing rational about this anxiety lark is there!

Thanks Nic i had another read of it last night (prob read it 100 times b4 but always makes me feel better)
Glad im not the only one ggrrrrrrrrrr this anxiety sucks xx
