hi,im tanya 24yrs i live with my partner and three year old daughter,i have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for many years now and would like a pen pal just so i can talk to people who understand what its like,i have managed to control my panicking in lots of situations that i used to think werent possible but ive still got a way to go,my biggest problem is not being able to take my daughter out on my own because i am so scared of panicking while shes with me,but im sure i will get there in the end but at the moment its getting me down.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site but think this is a great idea!

I'm 29 years old, was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at age 14. Since leaving uni 4 years ago I have become more and more isolated as the very good friends I met there all went their seperate ways when the course finished and, because I'm out of work and find social situations uncomfortable, I don't really get a chance to meet other people.
