    Re: Sleeping tablets

    Hi,

I used to take 7.5mg of Zopiclone, now I take 3.75mg tablets. I would recommend the lower dose first. If you've got the 7.5mg tablets then you can half them, they're scored down the middle. Use a mouthwash and brush your teeth after taking them as they can leave a slight "metallic" taste in your mouth. Also take a glass of water to bed as they can also cause dry mouth. They should work pretty fast in the beginning, about 10-15 mins.

    Regards.
