fear of roads -traffic

Hi to all!! well need I say more it all started about a year ago iam so terrified of roads transport having to walk near a road enyone else feel the same?

I have problems with driving in traffic, roadworks etc. Do you have a similar thing?

hi yes i have problems with traffic and well just driving in general. have worked up the courage to drive lately only like 5 mins or so around my suburb alone after 6 months of not driving. i was going really well too and then saturday i took it a bit further and drove 10-15 away from home with my husband in heavy traffic and panicked a lot. i made myself drive back too but had to finally pull over because i was just too shaky. now have lost my confidence a lot but going to give it a short go this afternoon to pick up my daughter from school. desi
