There isnt a specific page for ROCD Scouse, it was just a post. If you go to search at the top of the page and type in ROCD you'll find loads of stuff

Hi Scouse,

When I was 17/18 I had ROCD. And I know that it is pretty awful and really plays on your mind pretty much all of the time. Pretty much everything you have said is what I used to feel, its pretty destructive stuff. Keep on the meds, perhaps look into some counselling. I have found though that rather than talk therapy, a therapist who deals with CBT is very useful.
