Priory relaxation cd

I have found a wonderful relaxation cd that the Priory hospital have made and I look nothing like Kate Moss! It's a two disc cd with six different relaxation exercises - breathing, deep relaxation, visualisation etc.. Cannot remember how much it is but if you go to www.priorygroup.com i think you can find the number to call to order. I have been looking for some time for a CD that doesn't scare me and isn't too mystical. This has lovely soothing music and is made be well respected people. And it comes in a pretty case which never fails to impress me!
