Thankyou these thoughts are so scarey, was violently sick this morning thinking about wed x x

i know nicola so many dissapointments for you with your appointments, but wednesday will be a good appt.

when i first saw my phyc it was such a relief to talk to someone who really knew what i was going through,and was so clued up on meds, it was really helpfull, and i saw him for nearly a year.

these guys are the
specialists, and can help you so much more than your gp, they do not judge you, as they see much worse than us, and they help you to get the right treatment.

Please try to look forward to it, and take someone with you if you can, just for moral support, i took hubby, i was in an hour first session, and he thought i looked more relaxed when i came out, and i did because i finally thought i was getting some real help from a specialist.

Hi nicola no have not heard from kate, so hopefully she is doing ok.

I;m glad you are taking your mum with you, you need a bit of support, i have not been too bad today, anxiety has been there but not hanging around all day, my son came to see me this afternoon, so that was a nice distraction.

so feel for you and do understand these dark thoughts borne out of utter exhaustion and despair . I think you are managing brilliantly actually given what you are going through at the moment. Retching first thing in the morning is hell .

Hang on lovely lass ok ? hang on by your fingertips and keep going because there will be help when you see psychiatrist and cross my heart you will get your life back . Maybe always watchful and a bit fragile because that is our temperament we cant change that but ......you are lovely kind lady who will recover promise you . I can read your resolve in your posts

Hi Nicola, sorry you are feeling so bad. When you feel that low it is so hard to deal with. but you always have all of us on here and the reassurance that you are not alone.
