Anyone feel like they can't swallow?

Sometimes when I'm just relaxing (not eating or drinking anything) I will all of a sudden feel like I can't swallow. It's scary. Anyone do this?

Yes, quite often. All anxiety but horrible I know.

that only happens sometimes when im eating. I constantly swallow due to always have saliva in my mouth for some unknown reason
