upper gum pain

has anyone experienced upper gum pain and soreness in the cheeks as if you had been blowing up ballons
fear it is something serious but probanly just tension could do with convincing

yep me too my cheeks feel almost swollen to me well one of them anyways and i ask people do they look swollen and they say no but am convinced they are ,,,
i guess just another symptom of anxiety,,
