    Hi there.

I've suffered ectopics for years and in March I developed SVT's ( super ventricular tacchycardia) which is not nearly as bad as it sounds or feels. It's just a super fast beat that lasts seconds and I'm assured it's down to stress. I'm in for a 24 hour ecg next month- just to put my mind at rest, said the gp! But do you know I've not had one since my anxiety got 98% better in the last 6 weeks, which proves that it's my mental state causing them.

Go and see your doc and get him to check you out to put your mind at ease, but it really sounds like what i had. Try not to worry mate.

    Take care

    Shiv x
