Hi Nicola, yes it is the increase in the dose, and it will pass, should be soon in my experience, try to go with it, not esy i know.
I have reduced mine from 25 to 20 on the 23rd december, and even with such a small reduction i am feeling it now, will see what the next few days brings, then put it back up if it persisits.
Why can't things just even out for us, hope you feel better soon, and happy new year x
Keep going! You will be feeling better in no time. Keep strong

Hi nicola, yes when i increased my dose it was day 5 or 6 when i felt the effects, i think that is when the dose finally gets into our system, but it only lasted a couple of days, so you should be nearly there
So hang on in there, you will feel better soon take care x
Much about the same , so i will increase back to 25mg tonight.
Although my mood is low, i also feel like i am getting a cold or something, which is'nt helping, hope you are feeling better x
After everything i've been through with switching doses and coming off cit, I will NEVER reduce the dose until I know I am capable of handling it - and then I am going to wait a year before reducing. I don't recommend anyone tries to reduce or come off cit until months have passed ofconstantly being ok.

I drew the line between hope and despair, and the line will hold.
