    Nausea Feeling On & Off

Since New Years Eve I keep getting this nausea feeling, it's not all the time just every now and again. It seems to go once I've eaten...it's really odd.

I do feel a little anxious but I never get this sicky feeling normally...what can it be?

    Any ideas anyone?

I often feel nauseated when my anxiety is worst. I also get nausea at night from my acid reflux, but eating doesn't make that better. It might be a mild stomach bug, or maybe you ate something that was a little off. Try avoiding spicy or greasy food and see if that helps.
