sudden bouts of extreme, intense fatigue?

Just wondering if anyone else experiences the same thing, or has any idea why it happens?

I can be sitting at work and all of a sudden I'm hit by a very intense feeling of fatigue, to the point that I can hardly keep my eyes open, I feel half concious and I don't even have the energy to focus my eyes. Its only been the last couple of months that this has been happening.

Its not necessarily after a panic attack either, its completely out of the blue.

i have had that when i been out in the cold
and come back in the warm with the heating on
