This is only your second post though, so you've only made one before ? What was it about maybe you could post it again ? Don't take it personally as sometimes things move fast on the active topics page and some times things get missed by people.

Sam you have made 1 other post, that being in the introduce me section too. If you wanted advice you may have been better posting in the relevant section on the forum as people tend to go there rather than the introduction section, as this is just here to introduce yourself and say hello rather than for advice, that is what the other sections are for.

You need to make things clear Sam. What do you need help with? Everyone tries their best here. You wont find a miracle cure. I understand how frustrating things can be but bear in mind that we all suffer here.

Sam, it is better to post a specific question in the relevant section on the forum, for example under general anxiety, as this will get viewed a lot more than one in the introduce yourself forum, which not many people read.

Thankyou for the support, really appreiated. I stopped taking citopram after a week as it made my anxiety alot worse, the propranolol helps with panic if I have to leave the house as this is difficult at this time, perhaps I should just pull myself together, there are people starving, wars I have no right to feel like this
