    Re: question

Yes! I understand COMPLETELY! I thought I was doing fine, and then one day I read a symptom on Google and I was back to square one. I am trying to work through a CBT book, and keep positive that I can get better. We are strong enough to get through such a tough problem like anxiety.

    Re: question

you have to read so many self help books to find the one that works for you. the more you read, the more you understand. the more you understand, the less you panic. thats what i find anyway. have you tried researching the disorder itself rather than researching ways of overcoming it? I found that a lot. Mind you, my HA is still really bad, but I have minimal panic attacks these days.

    Re: question

i have researched the disorder and yes it does help you to understand it more which is helpful and it also helps to know that you are not alone although this disorder can make you feel very lonely if you have no one to talk to x
