bad indigestion or stomach cancer. . .

So HERE I GO AGAIN .
Have suffered with acid problems for about a year with distinct symptoms but over the last 2 days have had stomach ache quite bad and I feel sick.
Im burping alot so the logical side of my brain is saying its just indigestion but this damm anxiety is saying " stomach cancer "
Needless to say the anxiety is making my stomach worse and late last night I considered going to the out of hours.
I dont think its a bug as Im otherwise fine apart from a migraine that started today.
OMG im so fed up of this anxiety.
PLEASE someone tell me they get tummy ache with anxiety ??????

Hi there, yes i do get lots of tummy pain with anxiety, the more worried and anxious i am the more pain i get, i also have heartburn and this also increases with anxiety.

Just a thought ... but i also get stomach pain with my migraines too.

anxiety can produce a whole range of gastric discomfort, I know that from personal experience

Oh yeah definitely - anxiety messes up my stomach pretty bad. Actually what you are describing is the textbook example of anxiety causing symptoms that then increase anxiety.
