    hi nicki

ive been on incapacity benefit for 9 years.
I don't qualify for income support as I am on maximum incapacity.
I also get DLA - although it is under review at the moment so they may stop it. I get it because of anxiety and panic attacks and how it affects my day to day living.

i have just been awarded dla for my panic/anxiety. i have been awarded it for a year. i was suprised to get it because it was the only claim i have ever put in. all i did was explain how i felt with my anxiety but the dwp did get in touch with my doctor and i know he sent a report in to them aswell.

good luck for next time you try.

one of my friends got turned down twice when she applied. on her third time she actually wrote a letter in ink about her anxiety, she also kept a diary about how she felt day to day. she sent that in aswell and did get it awarded to her that time. i hope that helps u a little
