is this the beta blockers you are taking? if so, its more than likely that

I only took 2 20mg of betablockers yesterday, took none today as my anxiety isnt there xx

I am on day 11 of fluoxetine and the sickness is awfull just find it hard to eat at the moment.

I am just going to keep on with then my anxiety has gone high in the last couple of days but lots on here are doing well on them. good luck

Do you tak anything for the anxiety, Ive been given betablockers and they really helped yesterday but I really only want to take them when I need them xxx

I have got them 40mg but not taken them i was given diazipam but not got any left so may take the propanalol what streigth you on of propanalol?

I was given 40mg of propanalol but Dr said I could have half so took two 20mg yesterday and they helped. Will you just be taking them as and when needed or all the time? xx

I dont know really I wander about that whether they should be taken every day not sure. I think i will go and take 20 now cut it in half.

I have just cut it in half so took 20mg of propranolol. hope it eases my anxiety.
