PMS, anxiety and natural remedies!

Hello

I know this section of the forum is about natural remedies so hopefully someone will be able to help me! I'm currently on 40mg of citalopram and 40mg propranolol. I'd been having a really good few days but as usual, I knew I was heading towards my typical few days before my period starts. And, as usual, along comes the horrible PMS.

Really my question is, are there any natural remedies that I can take which will be safe alongside my current medication???

Valerian root is help full with menopausal insomnia.
Motherwort can reduce hot flashes
Wild Yam contains phytoprogesterone which is a natural form of progesterone
Dong Quai is one of the best non animal sources of vitamin B12
