Hi Pablo
I get the same thing - kind of a "full" feeling in my head and palps which I can hear as well as feel if that makes sense?
No idea what it is though, so not really much help am I?!
I'm sure it's nothing serious though
Palpitations meaning skipped beats or just an awareness of your heart rate?
**KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON**

I hear this too , but find holding my nose and mouth closed and blowing , ie popping my ears it goes away, I usually find it happens when in bed and all is quiet , its like when I sleep on my arm all I hear is heart beating boom boom boom
Pablo - let's shake hands! You've described the feeling I get better than I can!
It's strange isn't it? I haven't the foggiest what it is.
I also feel like my hearing dulls at the same time - do u get that?
hearing dulls?? whats that lol
ye... kinda!, its the worst cause i have heart anxiety.. so it throws me over the edge when it happens.. ! i think m y hearts gonna fail and im just going to collapse and die :s
That was always a big worry for me too, but from reading posts here, I have started to realize that it's very unlikely that ur heart will give out and you will simply keel over.
Palps are a very common anxiety symptom, and I know from experience that worrying really does just make them worse.
Have u ever had an ECG?
