FEAR

I posted this in reply to a post about anxious thoughts and fear. FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. Someone replied that they had never head it before and found it helpful so i thought i would post it here just in case anyone else would like to think of fear in that way.

I was taught that in CBT and it is a good way of looking at it and if you remember it when you feel panicky it does help.

hi daisy thats right what most of us experience is fear of fear...when i first got this didnt understand that i do now its the anticapation of it all...good one ..........Linda[8D]
