Upset. Stomach

I be been haven this on and off for a week now , out of the blue , I get a burning feeling in belly then the vomiting feeling comes I start getting real hot and sweaty with it also , heart rate goes up I have health anx so I am fearing the worst , I've never threw up just have the feeling allday , is it serious I am sceard I have no pain anywere

Just anxiety symptons, wouldnt say anything there that you mention is a health prob...

I keep fearing I have a brain tumor b/c I have head aches too , my health anx is playing up on me today

had headache for 3 days now, dont like keep taking nurofen, but have had to- i dont have health anx though, so i put it all down to just anxiety symptons

I get up every morning and gag like hell, sometimes I am sick. It's so annoying. My heart rate shoots up and I also get sweaty too, plus a little dizzy.

Thanks jay , this is a new symptom for me , so it's very stressfull , I am haven a burning feeling too in my belly this realy sucks :(

Hey Jess... Could the burning feeling be acid reflux? I used to get this bad before starting on reflux meds. It also gave me the feeling of wanting to throw up and many morning I would gag and dry heave. When we are extra anxious our stomachs make more of this acid which could be leading to all these new sensations you are feeling. Let me know how you get on! Xx
