Vitamin B Complex + Multi vitamin

I'm currently taking a multi vitamin and thought about taking Vitamin B complex too, will this be ok? I also take Sertraline.

Check the leaflet in your sertraline. it shd say what its safe to take with them, and whats not safe

Multivitamin should already have vitimin B in there unless it specifies it doesn't. You won't want 200% of you daily allowance.

From what I have read on the net ........Vit B is water soluble and any excess excreted daily .hence the neon coloured pee for some people .
I am huge believer in this vitamin along with magnesium every day .
Google it for peace of mind . I could find nothing bad to say and take multi vit also .
re Setraline ? dont know sorry.
