do you suffer migraines? when i have a migraine coming it always effects the left hand side of my head first, like pressure in my head and behind my left eye xx

It could be sinus-related too. Often my right cheek (maxillary sinus) feels full and sometimes painful, as that one has always tended to be more susceptible to sinus congestion. You also have them in your forehead, behind eyes, temples, etc.

I had a bad head the other day and it was the right side, plus last week I had a cold and it was my right nostril which was more conjested than the other, I suppose that could be it but my HA thinks its something more serious. Its always this time of night I start worrying.
