150mg sertraline.now not working

hi everyone,i was taking 150mg sertraline.it used to work now not working ! what is the point? i mean, why would the medication work,then all of a sudden not? - am i supposed to keep swapping and changing meds all the time,until ive tried them all? - and then what? - what happens when there are no more to try?
when is it going to stop,im really not feeling good,at all.am i never going to be happy,ever?- thats all i want............

Hi how long have you been on it? maybe 150mg is too high for you and you need a lower dose? xx
