    Online mood diary?

Sorry if I've posted this in wrong section. My GP has said that it would be beneficial to keep a mood diary. Do any of you know of a good online mood diary that you might have used before or still currently do?

    Thanks

    I have found this useful

    http://www.moodscope.com/login

especially if you can join with a friend so that it emails you each an update on the otehr's mood - works really well for a friend of mine and I.

You could also use blogger.com to document your thoughts and feelings?
