What songs help you?

What songs do you listen to that helps to take your mind off of the issues we suffer from?

I think there are a lot of songs that even if they were not intended to be, can relate quite effectively into a bit of a 'pick me up'.

For example even the title of Kelly Clarksons new song could be relevant. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"

I find that 'Lost' by Michael Buble is a good one, albeit there is a love theme, but if you say the lyrics to yourself then it could translate into saying that YOU are not Lost, the person you were previously (and still are it's just hard to find) is still there.

I love Lost by Buble

It sounds kind of cheesy, but I've always loved "Move Along" by the All American Rejects. It really sums me up sometimes.

"If You're Going Through H3ll" by Rodney Atkins is another really good one.

for me at the moment, it's "Shake it Off" by florence and the machine. i think its about overcoming your demons when they threaten to take over, and starting afresh.
