Anxiety just before period

Do any of you ladies find that your HA flares up at that time of the month? The only reason I ask is that I am in the middle of a flare-up right now and it started 2 days before my period was due. When I think of the last two flare-ups, they were around the same time.

I had my period last week and yes, two days before, I was a mess. Prob has to do with the change in hormone levels.

But the positive side is that it gives me an excuse to get lots of ice cream with all the works on it. I tell myself it's a good reason at least

I sometimes feel quite unwell for a couple of days before my period, the week before I am always STARVING and can't stop eating, but as it gets closer I start to feel tired and bloated. I don't usually worry because I know it's due though and I think I'm glad to have a reason for feeling like that.

I'm positive my biggest flare-ups are when I'm ovulating or about to get my period.

I have exactly the same the week leading up to my period...terrible anxiety and a whole host of physical symptoms. x
