.....when all is said and done and we come to the end of our lifes journey, posessions will have no meaning, and the only important questions will be 'was i loved and did i love enough?'.....
i have had 2 abnormal smear and just now got to go back again, i too was worried but i think is just a case of monitoring me.
Don't worry I've had this, you have to have a colposcopy where they examine your cervix and then if they feel they need to they will remove the abnormal cells under local anaesthetic. It's uncomfortable but not too much of an ordeal. It's completely treatable. This is why we have smears! so that we can find out very quickly if anything isn't 100% right and then they sort it out for you. Both my mum and sister have had this as well and had treatment and we've all being absolutely fine ever since.
For those in the UK, the NHS doctors were absolutely lovely and very efficient.
