Hello!

Ever since I had my first panic attack, which was around a month ago, my emotions seems to change so quickly I get mentally and emotionally exausted.

For instance, when I woke up yesterday morning, I couldn't have felt any better, but not 10 minutes later I was feeling down and dejected, fearing for another panic attack. It's gotten to the point where I no longer can convince myself of anything, emotion-wise.

Starting to feel depressed as if all the joy in my life is fading away.
