intrusive obsessive thoughts....even in my sleep, do i need meds again???

Hello just wanted to say that therapy for me was really, really, really hard work, but extremely worth while. Being afraid, or feeling how you do isn't anything to be ashamed of, it's part of the illness. I am on my third lot of therapy in my life, and each time I have dealt with something different and each time I have fixed something I definitely think it's worth pursuing so that you can get the help that you need, (thou you have to fight for it on the nhs) and if you need to go back on the meds to help you through it then so be it, there's nothing wrong in that. thankyou for the advice....i have booked a gp app, but am thinking of going private with the therapy.....i am scared to go through it all, but i suppose i need to get it all out so i can get better thanks for the reply- greatly appreciated.
