Claire Weeks is a doctor. She has made life so much better for people who suffer anxiety/depression. Her books and CD recordings are known the world over.
I have uploaded one of her C.D.'s to Utube on the link below.

Be careful with this as I used to put a link to some of her MP3's on here and I was contacted by her niece I think it was who owns the copyright now to all her works and was forced to remove the links.

Thanks for the tip Nicola....The copyright of the recordings was 'royalty free' in these particular recordings. Her neice and anybody else are welcome to contact me if they wish .

Will do my best to upload the other recordings. Don't forget to keep them saved on your computer .In other words, download them from utube and save them . They are so useful.
