Bach's Flower Remedies?

I just recently ordered myself a bottle of "White Chestnut" in the flower remedy collection, and it is supposed to help with racing negative thoughts. I checked into it, and this is safe to take with my Citalopram and vitamin B12. I was just wondering if any of you have any experience with the Bach collection? I read several success stories on the website, so that was encouraging! I hope that it atleast works a little.....$17.50 per bottle is pretty steep.

That is steep, where did you buy it from?
They make a subtle difference, many people find them amazing, some people don't, we'll see how you react to it.

I've found them very helpful from my mid-teens.

Thanks guys! That's great to know. I ordered it off of the actual Bach website, but I did some price comparing and $17.50 was the cheapest I could find. Go figure! I'm looking forward to giving it a try

I am on Citalapram and I take Rescue Remedy alongside it to help with the side effects of the meds as I have only been on them for 4 weeks. I find it really helps me.
