Please please reassure me..somebody

I am suffering with extreme anxiety.so far this week ive convinced myself ive had or got a stroke..m.s...and now im convinced ive got tongue cancer as ive got a small lump on my tongue..you cant see it but can feel it when i lick my lips and it sort of tingly/numb...am i paranoid or is it cancer....PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

You must have exhausted yourself analysing all of the thoughts running through your mind.

If it's not one thing it is then another ....that is the pattern. Its awful. I understand this.

Experienced the same only last week !!!!

The internet is great but it can be awful if we rely on it to self-diagnose.

Perhaps unwind this evening ...have a drink ...that might help.

Im sure everything is fine,try not to worry(easier said than done)
isnt health anxiety just great !
ive got pretty much every ailment under the sun too ,and sweating like hell as I type obviosly one of my billion symptoms of the week!
Have you ever tried a relaxation cd? i have one and put it on in bed,with comfy pillows and maybe some lavender spray .Its helped me in very bad patches the breathing teqniques are particularly useful.
