Higher dose

Hi been on 37.5mg of Effexor for two weeks had a few sideffects but nothing too bad, but I increased my dose today up to 75mg and I am feeling more anxious and the scared thoughts have came back also gave some really bad palpitations, can anybody tell me if they had the same when increasing their dose and how long this will likely last for? It's maybe just me being paranoid and expecting to get this but I'm not feeling too great at the moment

Oh yes Kev this happened to me. The heightened anxiety is still there a bit.

Hi kev i started on 75mg 2x 37.5 a day, are you taking two tabs a day?

I have been ok on the 75mg, been on them 12 days now, but i think sometimes we do look for side effects, but i have found them to be quite a good ad compared to others re side effects, hope you feel better soon xx

Hi I'm on the slow release ones so just take one every morning didn't feel much sideffects on the 37.5 but after my first 75 today I'm feeling terrible but hope it will pass soon x

I felt exactly the same and it did pass x
