Hi, i have suffered with the odd panic attack since i was young, but for the last 4 years i have been suffering from Spontaneous attacks, these can happen any where and at any time, there seems to be no reason for them, i have seen people to try to help me cope but nothing has worked and i have also developed insomnia.This year i have started uni and the attacks keep happening more, i am depressed and feel like i have noone to talk to.
I think of self harm alot now, although i would never act on it, it scares me that i think about it.
so yeaaaa thats me
