    Question Skipped beats -mostly mid-morning?

So after having a while of breathlessness and exhaustion I'm thankfully coming out of it and have been starting to feel better, but now I have been getting skipped beats that I don't usually get - I usually only get them occasionally or at my period.
I've been getting them every day the last week, since I've been feeling a bit better and doing more. I mostly notice them in the morning, i.e after breakfast or later in the morning.
Anyone got any info on this? Could it be because I'm doing more now? Or being rundown?
    Thanks.
