    panic attack again?

    hi all, have been feeling great, deppression and unwanted thought wise. im getting better! one blip was panic attack last night, i couldnt tell if it was anxiety or my asthma? i couldnt breathe then felt weak and hAD to wake my fiance matt up. Tok inhaler few tmes, went after hour or so. Felt like some one was squezing me from bottom working upwards, not nice! i didnt let panic get better of me but just couldnt breath

    Sorry to hear you had a panic attack last night, but good on you for coping so well.

    Doesn't matter what it was - either asthma or panic - you coped very well and that's what really counts !!
