Macc - I am sorry if I upset you. I think you know me well enough to know I meant not malice in my reply as we have discussed some of these issues before via FB messages.

If I was out of order then I do apologise.

I think Pearl wants me to leave NMP over it. Bit difficult that one lol

Thanks Nic, I was feeling a bit raw last night so did get a bit upset - but then you see countless threads from people like me so I do understand your approach !!!

Maybe a good talking to is sometimes required but NMP is a place to come to for comfort when those nearest and dearest are saying the same as you said to me last night !!!!!

LOL @ Pearl wanting to you leave - rudderless ship - mmmm not sure how that would work !!!

Thanks for comments today - very much appreciated Nic xxxxxxx

I appreciate you forgiving me Macc and you know I would never intentionally upset you.

We can get through this menopause / OC worries I am sure and I hope you are feeling a bit brighter today xx

Just seen this post Macc and so sorry you felt so wretched last night .
horrible time to got through when feeling so low .
I am thankfully through " the change of life " .wonder who coined that phrase ?
But it is good analogy if taken in positive frame of mind [mine usually not ]

The bloating and feeling so exhausted etc and waking up thinking I am not right .....absolutely menopause based ...aches and funny feelings everywhere .
Macc .......try soya milk and go dairy free for a while and see if it helps .
A lot of foods are from animals given hormones to boost milk supply or boost weight for food .
It helped me a lot . Also Vit B and magnesium . just anecdotal but my hot flushes stopped and my sleep was better .

I have thought long on this before posting . I know we all dread so much the cancer diagnosis ......the fear we feel, fearing it ......if you get me...... seems to dreadful to face .
I dont think for a minute you have Ovarian cancer forum friend .no no .

I just want to reassure you and any one reading that if in the one in a million chance it was that :
your fear has already reached its highest ........You will not get any lower actually. Your mind has already taken you there .
So actually you will get support and treatment and nowadays a long time living with it .....not dying from it.

Macc I want you to know that you are ok and I am so sorry you felt so weepy .
with this post I want people to know that if the big C comes up then we as anxiety sufferers have gone to the depths anyway with our minds .
our instinctive responses kick in and hope returns because we know the demon and kick its ass !!!!

this is an issue of how we fear cancer
and macc I TRULY believe that you have nothing that suggests it xxxxx
    hugs

    Lovely Snowy - many thanks

You know you are so right - I have stared medical adversity in the face before FOR REAL!! and I know that when push comes to shove, you just have to get on with it and I know I would do too if it happened again.

The mind is such a weird and wonderful thing though - despite having nearly died once and surviving that you would think that HA would not touch me BUT it has and it does continue to do so - one day my friend I shall be able to keep the little devil down

Thanks for your lovely wisdom my friend.
