- therapy - thank goodness for my therapist
- a job - even though I'm really struggling with it - I have money coming in
- a safe house
- amazing wonderful friends
- my parents are leaving me alone

My husband who tries to understand what I'm going through.
Living in a safe place.
All the flowers in my garden.
A new book to read.
An unopened packet of biscuits.

A life which I have control over.
The occasional luck that comes my way.
While I do have bad period pain, I don't throw up from the pain like some women do.
I have a manager who isn't putting pressure on me to get better immediately, as some other managers have done in the past.
I'm grateful there are people who are a lot like me in the world. We can relate to each other and help each other through.
