I've tried St John's Wort and that made me feel sick and like my head was full of smoke. I've tried Kalms and I don't think they really did very much. I've tried Rescue remedy and that seemed to work at first, but I'm not sure if I've overdone it, because it doesn't seem to work as well any more. I've tried diet and there was one point where I was eating a lot of bananas and I felt great, but I was also going to the gym every other day, so I'm not sure if you could say it was that alone.

Wouldn't it be great if you took something and that alone made you feel great? I guess we're all so desperate that we're doing loads of things at once and we don't know whether it's the combination or one thing in particular that is improving our mood.
