been doing well but seem to have crashed
Been doing really well on 20mg fluoexetine in morning then 15mg mirt at night. Have felt cocompletely normal. The last 2 days all depression and anxiety has come crashing back. I do have an interview next week which I am nervous about but that's normal. I also have a hospital appointment in morning about a fibroid which has got big and deciding what to do about it. I know fibroids are normally benign but started all my health anxiety worries am about what if this is cancerous. I am going to gp today to see if I should increase mirt to 30mg, I can't handle feeling like this again. Sick, anxious, shaky no appetite, feeling something bad is about to happen. Don't understand how I have gone from normal to this in just a couple of days. I've seen a few people on here say they need to up mirtazapine after a while but I thought I was out of the woods this time.

you've got alot going on at the min so no wonder you feel stressed out, your right about the mirt, 15mg isn't the theraputic dose of it so maybe you need 30mg, good luck at the doctors xx
